Sweatlodge Medicine

Bernhard and Ume Hannes Kunz lead the next sweat lodge. We intend to sweat, pray, drum, sing and find and meet each other in our hearts. We will cleanse ourselves of old burdens, open ourselves to the path ahead of us and return to everyday life with a bright and strong heart.

On Friday, August 2nd, we will come together in the late afternoon, bless the stones after a talking circle and let the Sweatlodge guide us through the evening. We will end the evening with a shared dinner.

On Saturday 3 August I invite you to come into the garden with me early in the morning and mow, rake or do whatever else needs to be done. The morning atmosphere on our site is special and this time gives us energy for the day, in which we become one with Mother Earth through our actions. In the meantime the fire is lit again and after work we go straight into the lode - short and sweet, and start the day properly. Afterwards we want to have breakfast together and we come full circle at lunch.

Everyone who is willing to do the morning work is invited to the Sweatlodge!

We do not use herbal medicine, but only the transformative powers of the Grandfather and Grandmother Stones, fire and water, Mother Earth and Father Sky, the Chanunpa and the drum and rattle, accompanied by songs and prayers in the medicine wheel, which will guide us through these days!

We look forward to experiencing the power of the circle and the Sweatlodge with you!

Bring with you:

Towels / seat pad for the lodge, personal medicine and power items. Clothing in the sweat lodge according to your feelings and personal preferences (dress, scarf, pants, naked). Gift for the firekeeper

FR: Arrival until 3pm, fire lighting ~6pm / 66 €

SA: Morning work starts around 7:00 am, lodge around 9:30 am / 66 € (or free of charge with garden help)
